This is an appeal under Section 372 CrPC against inadequacy of
sentence regarding order on sentence dated 29.10.2022.
It is submitted that application for obtaining certified copy of the order
on sentence was filed on 26.11.2022, i.e. within the limitation period. However, so
far the certified copy has not been delivered. Original receipt issued by copying
agency produced, seen and returned.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant is not aware whether any appeal has been
preferred against conviction by the respondent.
At request, time is granted to verify regarding filing / non-filing of
