Accused Kasim Ansari, Mohd. Razi and Tasleem produced in
J/C physically in court.
Accused Fardeen Siddiqui and Shanu also produced in J/C
from Jail (through V/C).
Accused Bal Kishan and Mamoon Ahmad are present on bail.

Examination in chief of PW1 Smt. Sushma Rani recorded
partly. Her remaining examination is deferred on the objections taken by
the learned counsels for accused Fardeen Siddiqui and Shanu, who are
produced in J/C from the jail through V/C, that both these accused be
produced in court physically for the purpose of identification.

In view of the request so made, issue production warrants
against both these accused for the next date of hearing with directions to
produce them in court physically.
No other witness is present today.
During proceedings, it has been informed by the IO PW2
Subeda was accordingly informed about the today's date as she had gone
to the house of the complainant last evening only where she had also
assured that she would reach the court today at 10.00 am, but neither she
nor anyone else on her behalf has appeared despite calls today.
Let, fresh notice be issued to PW Subeda, to be served through
the IO/SHO concerned, who shall assure the presence of the said witness
in court on the next date of hearing.
At request, be put up for remaining PE on 08.12.2021.
PW1 Smt. Sushma Rani and PW2 Subeda along with IO and
MHCM be summoned for the next date of hearing.
Accused Bal Kishan and Mamoon Ahmad are also directed to
pay Rs. 3000/ each to PW1 on the next date of hearing.
