Accused Mohd. Razi produced through VC by the concerned Jail
authorities.
Accused Fardeen Siddiqui and Shanu not produced from J.C.
Accused Kasim Ansari and Tasleem produced physically in the
court from Jail.
Sh. Asif Chaudhary learned counsel for accused Kasim Ansari.
Sh. Waqar Ahmed, learned counsel for accused Mohd. Razi.
Accused Fardeen Siddiqui and Shanu not produced from JC
despite their being specific orders and production Warrants. Jail Sudt is
directed to give explanation why the accused is not produced physically or
through VC today.
Jail Supdt is also directed to produce the accused Mohd Razi,
physcially in the court tomorrow on the date already fixed in the matter.
As per report, PW. Subeda has been served through whatsapp
message personally but despite that she is not present today. Let she be
summoned through the office of concerned DCP for date already fixed in
the matter.
PW Sushma is present and discharged unexamined for today as

all the accused persons are not attending trial today. She is bound down
for tomorrow, the date already fixed in the matter for PE.
Re notify on 16.11.2021 for date already fixed in the matter for
purpose fixed.
