applicant/complainant Sushma Rani for seeking correction of
typographical mistake apparent in the order of release of jewellery and
cash articles on superdari dated 05.02.2020, which is fixed for today.
Present : Sh. Vikas Chhabra, learned counsel for the applicant/complainant.
Sh. S. K. Kain, learned Addl. PP for the State.
It is argued that in the order dated 05.02.2020, the title of the case
as well as FIR number were wrongly mentioned and correction in this regard
be made.
Heard and record perused.
Taking note of the facts and circumstances, the error stands
rectified and the order dated 05.02.2020 be read as under FIR No. 300/2019
and title of the case as State Vs. Kasim Ansari & Ors. This order shall be part
and parcel of order dated 05.02.2020 vide which the superdari application of
the applicant/complainant Sushma Rani was allowed.
Rest of the terms and conditions remains same.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
Copy of order be given dasti.
