All accused are present on bail with Sh. Siraj Chauhan,
Advocate for accused Kasim Ansari.
Sh. Shakir Shabir along with Sh. Nasir Alam, Advocates
are present on behalf of accused Shanu & Taslim.
Sh. Waqar Ahmad, Advocate for accused Mohd. Razi.
Sh. Hans Raj Singh, Advocate for accused Bal Kishan.
Ms. Meenakshi, Advocate, proxy counsel for counsel for
accused Mamoon Ahmad.
It is 10.30 am now. The learned Prosecutor is not present
as he is before the court having bail roster for the month. This has
become an everyday affair and in the morning, there is no Public
Prosecutor available in this court. Consequently, the work is
suffering, as everyday, the court has to wait for learned Prosecutor to
get free from the court having bail roster.
In these circumstances, let the copy of this order sheet be
sent to the Chief Prosecutor as well as to Directorate of Prosecution,

requesting to ensure that the Prosecutors are appointed for each
court as the Public Prosecutor assigned to his court is looking after
the work of multiple courts.
Sh. Akhilesh Kumar examined as PW3 and discharged.
One more witness namely Sandeep Maini also examined
as PW4 and discharged.
No other witness is present today.
Be put up for remaining PE on 26.07.2022.
PW Ashwani Kumar and Umesh Kumar along with IO and
MHCM be summoned for the next date of hearing.
Pursuant to notice issued under Section 446 Cr. PC, Sh.
Abdul Hameed, surety of accused Mamoon Ahmad is present.
Accordingly, he is discharged for today.
