All the accused are produced in J.C. except accused Balkishan and
Mamoon who are on bail in this case.
Sh.Shakir Shabir learned counsel for accused Shanu and Tasleem.
Sh. Wasim Ahmed, learned counsel for the accused Fardeen Sidqui.
Arguments heard on charge and record perused.
From the record there are sufficient grounds to proceed against the
accused Kasim Ansari, Shanu, Razi, Tasleem and Fardeen Sidqui, for the offences
punishable u/s 120-B IPC, 395 IPC r/w Section 120 B IPC and 412 IPC.
There are also grounds to frame further charge against the accused
Balkishan and Mamoon for the offence punishable u/s 412 IPC
And there are also grounds to frame charge against the accused Fardeen
Sidqui for the offence punishable u/s 25/27 of The Arms Act, 1959.
Charge has been framed accordingly.
Charge has been put and explained to all the accused persons in simple
Hindi to which they all pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Matter is adjourned for Prosecution Evidence and witnesses mentioned
in the list of witnesses be summoned as per following schedule.
