Present: Sh. S.K. Kain, Additional PP for the State.
Accused Bal Kishan and Mamoon are present on bail.
Sh. Mohd. Akhtar Khan, Advocate for accused Razi.
Sh. Momin Fazal, Advocate for accused Fardeen @ Shammi.
Sh. Siraj Chauhan, Advocate for accused Kasim Ansari.
Accused Kasim Ansari, Mohd. Razi, Tasleem, Fardeen Siddiqui and
Shanu are absent.
Let, notice be issued against the aforesaid accused persons, to be
served through the SHO concerned, for the next date of hearing with directions to
remain present physically in court on the next date.
A request has been received from IO SI Sushil Malik stating that he
has gone for Covid19 vaccination and therefore he is unable to appear before the
court today.
In view of the request so made, the personal presence of SI Sushil
Malik is exempted for today only.
However, he is directed to produce the FSL result positively on the
next date of hearing.

At request, be put up for framing of charge on 01.03.2021.
An application under Section 439 Cr. PC for grant of interim bail filed
on behalf of accused Fardeen @ Shami.
Let, notice of the said application be also issued to the IO with
directions to remain present and assist the court as also file detailed status report on
or before the next date of hearing.
Let, status report regarding the medical status of the
applicant/accused Fardeen be also called from the Jail Superintendent for the next
date.
At request, the application be put up for consideration on 22.02.2021
