Appellant no. 1 submits that she wishes to withdraw the
present appeal as she has amicably settled her disputes with the
respondents in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 13.04.2026
arrived at before the Mediation Centre, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
She further submits that the 1st motion petition has already been
allowed by the Ld. Family Court, District Court Saket, South District,
Delhi vide order dated 18.04.2026.
Heard. Considered.

recorded separately in IA No. 1/26.
In view of the submissions made and the statement of
appellant no. 1 recorded separately in IA No. 1/26, the present appeal
stands disposed of as withdrawn.
