In terms of last order dated 20.12.2023, summons have been
received served upon the defendant/MCD on 24.01.2024.
Counsel for the MCD has appeared before the Court and filed
Vakalatnama. Same is taken on record.
Counsel for the MCD has requested for one opportunity to file WS
in the present case on behalf of the MCD. Said request is allowed.
Let WS be filed in the present matter on behalf of MCD/defendant
positively by NDOH.
Further, report regarding the LRs of the concerned person Sh.
Rajesh Joshia has been filed on behalf of the SDM, Preet Vihar. Same is
taken on record.
The other LRs of the said person namely Sh. Tarun Kumar and
Sh. Vinay Kumar are directed to remain present before the Court on NDOH.
Further publication report has been filed by the counsel for the
plaintiff regarding publication/notice given to the general public regarding the
present proceedings. Same is taken on record.
Now put up for filing of WS/further proceedings on NDOH i.e.,
07.05.2024.
