Summons issued upon the defendant received back served on
18.02.2024.
An application has been filed on behalf of the defendant on
20.01.2024, submitting that the copy of the documents supplied is not legible.
Plaintiff is directed to supply legible copies of the documents to
the defendant/Ld. Counsel for the defendant against acknowledgement. The
original be also produced thereby for comparison at the time of supply of
documents to the defendant.
Let WS be filed by the defendant within 30 days from the supply
of the documents with advance copy to the opposite side.
Let replication, if any, be filed by the plaintiff on the next date of
hearing.
Put up for completion of pleadings and admission denial of
documents and framing of issues on 29.04.2024.
In the meantime, matter is referred to Lok Adalat on 09.03.2024

so that the parties may explore the possibility of settlement. Parties are
accordingly directed to attend the court on the above said date.
In case of parties fail to arrive at settlement case to come up
before this court on the date already fixed i.e 29.04.2024
