Aviral Aggarwal in the property i.e. Flat situated at 3rd Floor of
the property bearing no. 76 & 77, Vijay Block, Laxmi Nagar,
Delhi110092.
Petitioner is directed to make publication in this regard in
National Newspaper in both Hindi and English language and file
the copy of the same on record. Petitioner is further directed to
ensure the presence of Legal Heirs of late Anurag Aggarwal and
the close relative of the minor ward before the court on NDOH
for recording of their statements.
Petitioner is also directed to produce the original
documents of the property in question on the NDOH.
Let the notice of the petition be issued to the respondents
upon filing of PF/RC for NDOH.
