None for the defendant.
It is submitted by Ld. proxy counsel for the plaintiff that he does not
want to admit or deny any of the documents and Ld. proxy counsel for the plaintiff
submits that issues may be framed in the present suit since the pleadings are
complete.
From the pleadings of the parties and the material on record, the
following issues are framed in the present suit:-
1. Whether the suit of the plaintiff is not maintainable ? OPD
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to relief of mandatory injunction
as sought in prayer (a) as prayed for ? OPP
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to relief of permanent injunction
as sought in prayer (b) as prayed for ? OPP
