Application filed on behalf of the plaintiff for issuance of
summons for judgment on 08.02.2024.
Summons for judgment received back served on 14.02.2024.
An application for leave to defend has been filed on behalf of the
defendant. As per the record, the application was received in the court on
29.02.2024, however, Ld. counsel for the defendant submits that the same has
been filed at the filing counter on 24.02.2024.
Ahlmad is directed to verify the date of filing of application for
leave to defend by the defendant at the filing counter.
Ld. counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has not received the
copy of leave to defend application.
In the interest of justice, defendant is directed to supply copy of
the same to the Ld. counsel for the plaintiff.
Put up for verification of the date of filing the leave to defend
application and arguments on the application on 04.06.2024.
