As per record, notice of the petition stands duly served upon
respondent no.1 State by way of publication in newspaper Veer Arjun dated
18.11.2023. Report of publication is also available on record. No objections
has been filed on behalf of State till date.
Ld. counsel for respondent no. 8 and 9 submits that some time
may be given to produce the complete record and examination of the witness.
Witness is directed to appear in person alongwith record on the next date of
hearing.
Notice issued to respondent no. 3 to 16 has not yet received back.
Be awaited for the report.

A letter received from Kfin Techologies Pvt Ltd on behalf of
respondent no. 10 to 13. Letter/reply received on behalf of respondent no. 5
and 6. Letter/reply also received from respondent no. 15. However, no witness
is present on behalf of respondent no. 10 to 13, respondent no. 5 and 6 and
respondent no. 15.
Let fresh notice be issued to respondent no. 3 to 16 except
respondent no. 8 and 9 for the next date of hearing, on filing of PF.
Petitioner is directed to take steps for summoning of all its
remaining witnesses/respondents for the next date. Petitioner is further directed
to take steps for service to SDM concerned for bringing the surviving member
certificate of deceased on the next date of hearing.
RW-1 is examined and discharged.
