Report filed from the office of SDM, Mayur Vihar, as per which, the
application for issuance of SMC by LR of deceased from the office of SDM,
Mayur Vihar has been rejected. However, perusal of the record shows that SMC
certificate no. 90660000236474 has already been issued by the office of SDM,
Mayur Vihar on 19.07.2024. Let report be filed alongwith verification of said

SMC by the SDM, concerned for the next date.
A letter has been received from Link Intime Private Limited in
respect of the report of shares of Tata Motors in the name of the deceased Smt.
Renu Prasad. It has been reported that shares has been transferred to IEPF.
Ld. counsel for IEPF seeks some time to produce relevant record
and witness. Let the same be produced by the next date of hearing.
Ld. counsel for the respondent no.3,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 and 16 seeks
also adjournment to produce record and witness.
Let the same be produced by the next date of hearing.
Let the report/record in respect of respondent no. 5 and 6 and all the
respondents in respect of which Kfin Technology Limited is the RTA, be filed by
the next date of hearing.
