Defendants are present.
Sh. Rahul Gautam, Ld. Proxy Counsel for defendants no. 1
and 3.
Written statement filed by the defendants no. 1 and 3
alongwith the an application under Order VIII Rule 1 CPC, is taken on
record. Copy is supplied.
Ld. Proxy Counsel for the defendants no. 2 and 4 submits
that the written statement alongwith requisite application will be filed
during the course of the day with an advance copy to the Ld. Counsel
for plaintiff.
At this stage, all the parties submit that there are chances
of settlement. This court also finds that elements of settlement are
present in the instant case. Accordingly, the matter is referred to
Mediation Cell, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, on 05.06.2025 at 2.00 p.m
to enable the parties to pursue settlement talks.
Parties are directed to appear in person alongwith their
counsels before the Mediation Cell, on the above said date and time.
Ahlmad is directed to send the reference well in advance.
List for awaiting report of settlement, if any, / further
proceedings on 07.08.2025.
