defendant no. 2 and 4 for advancing arguments on the application filed
under Order VII Rule 11 CPC.
Last opportunity is granted to D2 and D4 to argue on the
application filed by them under Order VII Rule 11 subject to cost of
Rs.1,000 to be paid to plaintiff. It is made clear that if no arguments are
advanced on NDOH, the said application would be decided on merits.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff is directed to file replication to
WS, if any on or before NDOH.
