however, the same has not been e-filed. Ld. Counsel seeks time to file
the WS along with appropriate application.

Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 is directed to file WS
along with appropriate application on NDOH with advance copy to
opposite party.
Summons issued to defendant no. 2 not received back. It is
submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that defendant no. 2 is
appearing in matrimonial case in the court of Sh. Hassan Anjar, Ld.
JFC, East, Court No. 45 Old Building, Karkardooma Court Complex
and the NDOH in the case is 27.10.2026. Ld. Counsel requested that
summons be served upon defendant no. 2 in the said court on the said
date.
On filing of PF, issue fresh summons to defendant no. 2
with the direction to serve the defendant as mentioned in the above
para.
