Fresh suit received by way of assignment. It be
checked and registered as per rules.
Present:- Mr. Junaid Ahmad Khan, Ld. Counsel for the
plaintiff alongwith plaintiff.
1. This is a suit for partition, declaration and permanent
injunction.
2. After some arguments, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff
seeks to withdraw the present suit. He further seeks liberty
to file a comprehensive suit claiming substantive reliefs in
the competent court having jurisdiction to entertain the suit.
3. A separate statement of plaintiff is recorded to this
effect.
4. In view of her statement, the suit stands disposed of
as withdrawn. Plaintiff is at liberty to institute a fresh suit
albeit in accordance with law.
5. File be consigned to record room after due
compliance.
