Report filed from the office of SDM, Preet Vihar, as per which, the
address of the petitioner was in the jurisdication of Sub-Division, Preet Vihar so
the certificate was issued from the Sub-Division, Preet Vihar. Since 2012, a
separate Sub-Division has been created in the name of Sub-Division, Mayur Vihar
and Mayur Vihar, Phase-I comes under the jurisdiction of the Sub-Division,
Mayur Vihar.

Petitioner is directed to take steps for summoning of witnesses, if any
for the next date. Petitioner is further directed to take steps for service to SDM
concerned, if applied for, for bringing the report of surviving member certificate
of deceased on the next date of hearing.
