It is submitted by ld. counsel for the petitioner that two fresh
connected cases have been filed by her which are listed for today and
inadvertently the documents have been exchanged in the files. The connected
matters are listed today at item nos. 11 and 22. It is prayed that list of
documents alongwith documents be exchanged in the connected matters.
Heard and Allowed.
Ahlmad is directed to do the needful.
Petitioner is directed to e-file the documents again and submit the
proof of same on the next date of hearing.
Issue notice of the petition to the State by way of publication in
the newspaper ‘Veer Arjun’. Petitioner to take all steps for publication. Also
issue notice of the petition upon respondents on filing of PF/RC by the
petitioner for the NDOH.

Petitioner is directed to take steps for summoning of all its
witnesses/respondents for the next date. Petitioner is further directed to take
steps for service to SDM concerned, if applied for, for bringing the report of
surviving member certificate of deceased on the next date of hearing.
