alongwith plaintiff in person.
Defendant no. 1 in person.
Amended memo of parties has been filed on behalf of
the plaintiff. Taken on record.
It is submitted by the plaintiff that the matter has been
amicably settled with defendant no. 1 vide Memorandum of
Understanding dated 09.01.2026 which is now Ex.P1.
After interaction with both the parties, this court is
satisfied that both the parties have amicably settled the matter vide the
MoU after duly understanding its terms and conditions. Further, the
parties have been explained the implications and consequences of
giving their statements today in court.
Separate statements of the plaintiff as well as defendant
no. 1 have been recorded in this regard.
Considering the statements of the plaintiff as well as
defendant no. 1, the suit is disposed of as settled in terms of MoU,
Ex.P1. Consent Decree be drawn.
Statements of the plaintiff and defendant no. 1 recorded
today and Memorandum of Understanding dated 09.01.2026 be made
part of the Consent Decree.
Pending application(s), if any stand(s) disposed of.
Previous date fixed i.e. 24.02.2026 stands cancelled.
File be consigned to record room after completion of
due formalities.
