visited the address on two occasions. On the first occasion, a
female was found at the address who refused to accept the
summons and stated that the defendant was not at home, while on
the second occasion, minor nephew of the defendant was found
at address who stated that the defendant was sleeping and refused
to wake him up.
In view of the above report, it is evident that the
address provided is the correct address of the defendant.
Accordingly, let the defendant be served by way of
