Sh Saurabh Rastogi, Ld counsel for defendant no.1 and 2.
Ms Kavya Singh, Ld counsel for defendant no.3/BSES.
The defendant no.1 has placed on record a receipt showing
payment of Rs.4730/- to BSES Yamuna Power Delhi on 26.05.2024.
With the intervention of the Court and the assistance of the
Ld counsels for the respective parties, the parties to the suit have settled
all their disputes qua the electricity connection in properties bearing
no.3/277 and 3/278 Khichripur Delhi-91 on the following terms and
conditions.
1. The CA No. 101041388, in the name of Sudama Lal
Thakur at billing address 3/277, Khichripur, Delhi would be got
disconnected upon payment of remaining dues, if any by defendant
no.1 Parmanand.
2. The Plaintiff Sunita Sharma shall apply for a fresh
electricity connection for the portion shown in red colour in site plan
now Ex.X1, at ground floor of property bearing no.3/277, Khichripur,
Delhi.

3. The defendant no.1 Parmanand shall apply for a new
electricity connection for entire first floor as shown in site plan Ex.X1.
4. The defendant no.2 Naval Kishore or Jai Parkash son of
Late Sudama Lal Thakur, may apply for a fresh electricity connection
for entire second floor as shown in site plan Ex.X1.
5. The billing address of CA No. 101058457 shall be got
changed by defendant no.2 from 3/277-78, Khichripur, Delhi to 3/278,
Khichripur Delhi.
6. The plaintiff will cooperate with the defendant no.1 and 2
and Jai Parkash in getting electricity meter installed at first and second
floor as per Ex.X1. The plaintiff will go to the BSES office, if need be,
to show the original documents of property bearing no. 3/277,
Khichripur, Delhi.
7. The defendant no.3 BSES shall grant new connections to
plaintiff and also to the defendants as well as Jai Parkash upon making
of applications by them. It is clarified that the connections be granted
only upon fulfillment of extant guidelines and formalities etc.
8. This arrangement regarding electricity meters/connections
etc will confer no right, title or interest of any kind except the right
conferred by this settlement in the suit property i.e. no.3/277 and 3/278
Khichripur, Delhi-91.
The suit is decreed in terms of the aforementioned
settlement. All the parties are directed to cooperate with each other in
the execution of the settlement. The site plan Ex.X1 shall form part and

parcel of this decree. All the parties present and their counsels have

signed at the end of this order qua the agreement and the
acknowledgment of terms of this settlement. Copy of this settlement be
given dasti, free of cost against acknowledgment to all the parties for
record and compliance.
