Present: Sh. Murari Sharma, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
Sh. Shivam Bedi, Ld. Counsel for the defendant.
Fresh Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the
defendant. The same be taken on record.
Ld.Counsel for the defendant states that the defendant
has not been supplied with the copy of the paper book filed on behalf
of the plaintiff.
Per contra, perusal of the record shows that the summons
had been duly served upon the defendant on 03.11.2023. The signature
of her daughter namely Rani Singh alongwith her mobile number were
taken by the Process Server.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff also states that he has
supplied the complete set of the paper book to the defendant on
23.09.2023 through speed post.
Be that as it may, Plaintiff is directed to supply the
complete set of the paper book to the Ld. Counsel for the defendant on
his whatsapp number which is 9910979757.
Defendant is directed to file WS within a week from the
date of receiving the complete set of paper book with advance copy of
the same to the plaintiff.
Replication to be filed thereafter.
Now to come up for completion of pleadings/A/D of
documents/framing of issues on 27.04.2024.
