Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the decree
has still not been complied with. He further submits that the
required affidavit was submitted by him to the school in June
itself.
Per contra, Ld. Counsel for the JD submits that, as
per the information received from the school, the affidavit has not
been filed by the DH.
In view of the contradictory submissions, ld.
Counsel for the DH is directed to supply ld. Counsel for the JD
the receipt establishing that the affidavit was filed by the DH in
the school within a week from today. Further, ld. Counsel for the
JD is directed to apprise this court regarding the satisfaction of
the decree on the NDOH.
