In view of the averments made in the application
and considering the nature of the reliefs sought, this court is
satisfied that urgent relief is prayed for, which cannot brook
delay. Accordingly, the requirement of issuance of statutory
notice is dispensed with for the purpose of the present
proceedings.
Let summons be issued to the defendant(s), on filing
of PF / RC / through all prescribed modes, returnable for NDOH.
