NARENDRA KUMAR BHATI VS. VIPIN BISHT
    CNR No.DLET030012512025
    19.08.2026
Present: Sh. Sushil Bhati, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
Summons could not be issued to the defendant as PF
    was not filed.
Upon perusal of the case file, it is seen that this is
the third consecutive time when summons could not be issued to
the defendant on account of the failure of the plaintiff to take
steps. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff earnestly apologises and
submits that the failure was inadvertent and occurred due to a
miscommunication. It is submitted that his junior mistakenly
filed the PF in another pending matter between the same parties
before the Ld. JMFC, Shahdara District, KKD, instead of in the
    present case.
Considering the above submission and in the interest
of justice, one more opportunity is granted to the plaintiff for
pursuing his case with the caveat that if no steps are taken in time
yet again, the plaint shall be rejected under Order VII Rule 11 (f)
    CPC without further ado.
Be put up for further proceedings on 01.12.2026.
