Rule 11 CPC alongwith condonation of delay application have
already been filed on behalf of the defendant. The same be taken
on record.
Ld. Proxy counsel for the plaintiff states that
the defendant has not supplied the aforementioned copy of WS
alongwith applications to the plaintiff.
On this, Ld.Counsel for the defendant states
that she has already supplied the aforementioned copy of WS
alongwith applications to the plaintiff.
On this, Ld. Proxy counsel for the plaintiff
states that he has no knowledge if the aforementioned copy of
WS alongwith applications to the plaintiff has been supplied to
the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
Be that as it may, defendant is directed to
supply the aforementioned copy of WS alongwith applications to
the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff through Whatsapp number which
is 9313030569.

Plaintiff is at liberty to file replication to the
WS and reply to the aforementioned applications with advance
copy of the same to the defendant.
Now to come up for arguments on
aforementioned applications/further proceedings on 20.03.2024.
