As per record, notice of the petition stands duly served upon
respondent no.1 State by way of publication in newspaper Veer Arjun dated
12.12.2024. Report of publication is also available on record. No objections has
been filed on behalf of State till date.
An application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC has already been filed on
behalf of the petitioner alongwith amended memo of parties.
Heard. Record perused.
In view of the averments made in the application, the application is
allowed. Amended memo of parties is taken on record.
Notice issued upon respondent no. 3 received back served.

Notice issued upon respondent no. 4 to 8 have not been received
back. Be awaited for the report.
It is submitted by Ld counsel for the petitioner that he will file on
record the service report qua respondent no. 7 and 8. Heard and allowed.
In the meantime, Let fresh notice be issued upon respondent no. 4 to
6 and 9 on filing of PF/RC by the petitioner for the next date.
