Counsel for the plaintiff that defendant no. 1 and 12 are appearing before the court of Ld. Sessions Judge 02, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi (Court No. 36) in case bearing no. CT cases/ 49/2026 (M. No. 135/26) titled as Directorate of Enforcement vs. GR Chandramohan & Ors under Section 45 of PMLA/2002 R/w Section 483 BNSS R/w Section 439 of CrPC and the NDOH in this case is 24.10.2026. Ld. Counsel requested that summons be served upon defendant no. 1 and 12 in the said court on 24.10.2026. As regards, service of defendant no. 2 to 11, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the proceess/summons be allowed to be served through all modes and also be given dasti. Heard. Submissions allowed. On filing of PF, fresh summons be issued to Defendant no. 1 and 12 as mentioned above and to defendant no. 2 to 11 through all permissible modes, returnable on NDOH and process be also given -- 1 of 2 -- dasti to Ld.
