Ojas Kaushik, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff. Vide separate order of even date, the application filed by the plaintiff seeking ex-parte ad-interim injunction against the defendant is partly allowed. The plaintiff shall (within 24 hours and by all modes available including registered post, courier and electronic mode) serve upon each defendant the copy of the plaint, application, documents relied upon and copy of this order and shall file the affidavit of compliance on or before the NDOH. Defendant no. 14 shall be served with certified copy of this order forthwith for compliance. A copy shall also be sent to defendant no. 13 for information and record. Issue summons of the suit for settlement of issues to the defendant and notice of the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC through all permissible modes on filing of PF and Speed post, returnable for 13.10.2026. PF and speed post be filed within two weeks from today. Summons be given dasti to the plaintiff to be served through speed -- 1 of 2 -- post.
