Present: Sh. Himanshu Bhasin, Ld. counsel for the DH (through VC).
Ld. counsel for the DH seeks adjournment for recording of statement
of withdrawal of the present execution petition.
Perusal of the record shows that multiple opportunities have already
been given to the DH to withdraw the present petition and therefore, the court
does not deem it fit to adjourn the matter.
However, in the interest of justice, DH/Ld. Counsel for the DH is at
liberty to appear before the court till 03:00 P. M for recording of statement of
withdrawal of the present execution petition.

petition. Hence, the same is dismissed in default for want of prosecution and for
non appearance.
