Present: Mr. Vaibhav Chaudhary, Ld. Counsel for the
DH.
None for the JD.
1. PF has been filed by the DH. However, warrants of
attachment have not been issued by Nazir.
2. Nazir is directed to remain careful in future.
3. Upon filing of PF within a week, warrants of
attachment be issued qua the movable properties of JD for
the NDOH on the fresh address furnished alongwith an
affidavit by the JD (recorded in the ordersheet dated
03.02.2026). The DH shall appear before the Ld. ACJ, for
appointment of bailiff on 07.04.2026. The warrants of
attachment shall be returnable on 06.05.2026. Concerned
SHO is directed to provide necessary police aid to the
bailiff.
4. DH is directed to ensure that there is no stay against
the order sought to be executed and DH shall file an
affidavit to this effect at the time of filing of PF.
