Today, again despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of the
DH in the present case. Since 07.08.2023 none is appearing on behalf of the DH in
the present case and today is the fourth date of hearing.
Further, as per record, the DH is not taking steps for further prosecution
of the present case.
It seems that the DH is no more interested in further prosecution of the
present case.
Accordingly, keeping in view, the said conduct of the DH as well as
counsel, the present execution petition is dismissed in default for non-appearance of
the DH as well as for non-prosecution.
No further action is required.
