allowed and Balwant Rai Mehta Panchayati Raj Foundation is
added as a party to the suit.
Copy of plaint and other documents be supplied to
defendant no. 4.
Amended memo of parties be filed on or before the
NDOH.
Defendant no. 4 is at liberty to file the reply to the
application.

Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 4 has sought one month
time for filing reply to the application u/o XXXIX Rule 1 & 2

Ld. counsel for plaintiff has vehemently objected to
the same on the ground that plaintiff is residing without electricity
and water and the defendant no. 4 be directed to file the reply
within a period of one week.
Considering the submission of Ld. Counsel for
plaintiff, the request of Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 4 to file the
reply within a period of one month stands rejected.
Reply be filed within a week with advance copy to
other side.
