This is a suit for possession, arrears of rent and mesne
profits. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has submitted that defendant is a
tenant in the property situated in Krishna Nagar, within the
jurisdiction of this court. He has submitted that the rate of rent is
Rs. 20,000/- per month and the tenancy is not covered under the
provisions of DRC Act. He has further submitted that the
defendant is in arrears of rent and thus, the present suit has been
filed.

Upon filing of PF within 7 days, issue summons for
settlement of issues to defendant by all permissible modes. Copy
