plaintiff.

Perusal of the record transpires that
Vakalatnama has already been filed on behalf of defendant no. 4.
Perusal of the record further transpires that
WS alongwith accompanying documents has also been filed on
defendant no. 4. Copy already supplied.
Fresh Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf
of the defendant no. 1 to 3. The same be taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 to 3 seeks
some time for filing of WS as summons was served upon on
07.10.2023.
Ld.Counsel for the defendant states that the
present suit is not maintainable in the present form as the
defendant is very well in the possession of the suit property
which plaintiff has admitted in his pleadings.
On this, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff states
that he wishes to file an appropriate application for amendment
of pleadings.

Ld. Counsels for the parties are at liberty to
file appropriate applications with advance copies of the same to
the opposite parties.
Now to come up for further proceedings on
14.12.2023.
At joint request of the parties, the matter is
referred to Mediation Centre, KKD Courts, Delhi. The parties
shall appear before the Mediation Centre, on 19.10.2023 at 02:00
p.m. The case shall be taken up in this Court, on 14.12.2023.
