Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: 3 Civ Suit 680/24 KIRANJOT KAUR Vs. DEEPIKA GANGWANI 29.07.2025 Present: Sh. Harsh Dhinga, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff through V/C. Summons issued to defendant have been received back unserved on both addresses. The summons sent through speed post have been received back with the report ‘no such person’ on the Geeta Colony address and ‘refused’ on the Krishna Nagar address. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks the present suit to be treated as an ordinary suit for recovery. In view of the submission and the facts and circumstances, the present suit is being treated as an ordinary suit for recovery and shall be tried as such. Further, in view o fthe reports, it is considered fit to issue fresh summons to the defendant. Accordingly, let summons be issued to the defendant on filing of PF / RC / through all prescribed modes returnable for NDOH. Let the defendant be also served by way of affixation for the NDOH. Summons be also given dasti to the plaintiff, as prayed for. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff is also directed to personally verify the address and file an affidavit regarding the same on the NDOH.
