Though both the defendants were residing at the same address, Rajasthan; however, the summons with respect to defendant Mr. Anil Kumar Meena have not been received back with service report. 4. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the fresh summons be issued to defendant. 5. Upon filing of PF within 7 days, issue summons for settlement of issues to defendant Mr. Anil Kumar Meena, by all permissible modes. 6. Copy of plaint be annexed with summons as per Order V Rule 2 CPC. Summons shall state that the written statement be filed by the defendant within 30 days from the date of receipt of summons. 7.
