Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 / DDA again
reiterates, as was stated by him on LDOH that WS is unable to be
filed since the site plan filed by the plaintiff (running page no.
34) is unclear as to the exact identification of the suit property.
Since submissions of the kind as above were made
on LDOH as well and the Court does not deem it fit to prolong
the controversy anymore in this regard going forward, it shall be
in fitness of things if both the Ld. Counsels undertake joint
inspection of the suit property for the purposes of proper
identification, so that WS can be filed. Both the Ld. Counsels
agree to the same. They have exchanged their contact numbers in
Court today. They have also agreed on visiting the site of the suit
property on 17.02.2025 at 02:00 PM in this regard.
In view of the above, proceedings adjourned.
Re-list on 22.03.2025.
