The Court is being held through VC as per the direction of
Ld. District and Sessions Judge, East, KKD in consultation
with the Hom’ble High Court, on acount of extreme water
logging resulting in dangerous flood like situation and in the
interest of everyone’s safety, Judicial Officers and staff
posted at KKD courts are permitted to work from home
today i.e. 14th July, 2023 vide circular no.6354-61 and the
roads leading to Karkardooma Courts that is Ring Road and
Kashmiri Gate are completely submerged and roads at ITO
have been closed.
Fresh execution petition received by way of assignment. It be
checked and registered as per rules.
