An application u/o XXII Rule 4 CPC has been filed
on behalf of plaintiff for impleading the LRs of deceased
defendant no. 1.
Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 3 submits that he has
no objection to the present application.
I have heard the submissions and perused the record.
The right to sue survives against the LRs of deceased defendant
no. 1. Accordingly, the application is allowed and LRs are
brought on record. Amended memo of parties is taken on record.
