Notice issued to the office of the SDM concerned
has been received back served. However, no report has been
filed.
Accordingly, in the interest of justice, let fresh notice
be issued to the office of the SDM concerned for filing of report
regarding the LRs of missing person, returnable for the NDOH.
Further, summons could not be issued to the
defendant as PF was not filed. Despite the same, in the interest of
justice, one more opportunity is given to the plaintiff to pursue
his case.
Accordingly, let summons be issued to the
defendant(s), on filing of PF / RC / through all prescribed modes,
returnable for NDOH.
Furthermore, the plaintiff is once again directed to
make publication qua the present suit in accordance with the
directions given on the LDOH.
Be put up for further proceedings on 15.12.2026.
