Report filed from the office of SDM as per which surviving member
certificate has not yet obtained by legal heirs of deceased.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for the respondent no.2 that respondent no.
2 shall supply copy of its Aadhar Card to the petitioner within 7 days from today
against receiving so that petitioner can obtain surviving member certificate from the
office of SDM concerned.
RW-1 is examined and discharged.
Petitioner is directed to take steps for summoning of all its
witnesses/respondents for the next date. Petitioner is further directed to take steps for
service to SDM concerned for bringing the surviving member certificate of deceased
on the next date of hearing.
