behalf of SHO, Mayur Vihar.
Fresh Vakalatnama filed on behalf of non applicants. The same is
taken on record.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for the applicant that the suit property
pertaining to the present application/petition is vacant at present.
Report filed on behalf of SHO, Mayur Vihar. The same is taken on
record.
As per the field report at page no. 59 and 60 in the main suit, the
orders passed by the court of District Magistrate were complied by concerned
Naib Teshildar in the presence of concerned SHO. Accordingly, let report be
called from Naib Teshildar and SHO regarding the events transpired subsequent
to the execution of orders of District Magistrate with regard to the suit property.

Notice be issued accordingly to the concerned Naib Teshildar and
SHO on filing of PF/RC by the applicant for the next date.
Let the coloured photographs of the photographs relied by the
plaintiff in the main suit be supplied to the defendants/non applicants during the
course of the day.
Let the matter be listed with the main matter on 21.08.2024.
Defendants/applicants are directed to file their WS/reply to the
application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC by the next date of hearing in the
main matter.
