Reference sent to the Mediation Centre is recceived back with the report of ‘settlement’. The original SPA executed by plaintiff no.1 Asha Rani in favour of Smt. Sonia is annexed with this settlement. A site plan is also attached with this settlement. Upon inquiry, it was revealed that the matter has been voluntarily settled by the parties without any fear or undue influence from any quarter whatsoever. Statements of the parties to this settlement were recorded. The Mediation Settlement was exhibited as Ex.X1. All the parties undertook to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of mediation settlement Ex.X1. Let a decree-sheet be prepared in this regard. No order as to costs of the suit. The Mediation Settlement along with the SPA, Site Plan and the statements of the parties recorded today, shall form part and parcel of the decree. Interim order(s), if any, stand(s) vacated. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of as not pressed. File be consigned to record room after completion of due formalities.
