This is a suit seeking permanent injunction for
restraining the defendant from approaching the house of the
plaintiff and creating any nuisance, threat or any illegal act
therein.
Defendant submits that, without prejudice to his
rights and contentions and without admitting the contents of the
plaint, he is ready to make the statement that he will not approach
the house of the plaintiff.
Separate statement of defendant is recorded to that
effect.
In view of his statement, the suit stands disposed of.
Defendant shall remain bound by his undertaking/statement.
