Ld counsel for the respondent no. 9 has sought clarifications that
whether after recording of the statement on 23.01.2026, is R9 (Sterlite Power
Transmission) being discharged from the present case. It is clarified that for
the purpose of this petition at present, the appearance of R9 is no more
required.
Notice issued upon respondent no. 5 received back served.
Notice issued upon respondent no. 10 and 11 have not been
received back. Be awaited for the report.
RW- 5 is examined and discharged. Diet money paid, as per rules.
Ld counsel for respondent no 5/PNB submits that statement of
respondent no. 5/PNB has already been recorded in the present petition and the
said respondent no. 5/PNB may be discharged in the present petition. Heard
and allowed.
Petitioner is directed to take steps for summoning of
witnesses/respondents, if any for the next date on filing of PF/RC as well as
through electronic mode i.e E-mail.
