plaintiff under Section 151 CPC and they are ready to straightway address their
arguments.
Ld. counsel for the plaintiff is present through VC. Let previous cost
be paid by the defendants to the plaintiff on the next date of hearing.
An application under Order 11 Rule 14 CPC has been filed on behalf
of the defendant no. 8. Copy be supplied by the defendant no. 8 to the plaintiff
during the course of the day.
